By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Northwest DTF Direct provides:

• DTF (Direct to Film) transfer printing services
• UV sticker printing services
• Design consultation services
• Same-day pickup and next-day delivery services

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Northwest DTF Direct. Payment is due upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed.

4. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, we will re-print it free of charge or provide a full refund.

5. Delivery

We offer same-day pickup for orders placed before 11am and aim for 80% next-day delivery. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your designs. By submitting designs to us, you grant us a license to use them for production purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
